“I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work with the seasoned professionals at Bain Medina Bain on many civil engineering and surveying projects over the past five years for the Alamo Colleges. On projects at San Antonio College, St. Phillip's College, Palo Alto College and Northwest Vista College, they have repeatedly demonstrated their integrated work style, cost-conscious design approach, responsiveness and systematic execution of quality civil designs and surveying services from start to finish. One project in particular that they excelled on was the Palo Alto College Greenhouse/Horticulture Teaching Facility. The project involved the design of a 40’ X 72’ Greenhouse with associated landscaping, sidewalks, utilities and fencing on a 1.5 acre site on the Palo Alto College campus. BMB provided civil design for 369 LF of 3” PVC water lines, 481 LF of 8” PVC water lines, and 47 LF of 6” sewer lines, SW3P, grading and sidewalks. In collaboration with the project architect, the engineers at Bain Medina Bain were instrumental in ensuring that the project was executed with flawless professionalism and the final designs were produced in an expeditious manner and reflected the conceptual vision for the Greenhouse project. Through my association with Principal Carl Bain, P.E., as well as Raymond Medina, RPLS on numerous projects, I have found they consistently demonstrate their commitment to their customers by providing them with the best comprehensive service possible. It is refreshing to work with such a tight-knit team that is dedicated to providing reliable, quality designs and survey services and takes the time to make sure each project is completed to the client's satisfaction. I am looking forward to a continued positive work experience with the consummate professionals at Bain Medina Bain and highly recommend utilizing their services.” Respectfully submitted, John Strybos, P.E. Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities & Construction Alamo Colleges
