“Bain Medina Bain has served as the lead design consultant for the Rip Rap 69 Phase IID project that is currently under construction for the City of San Antonio. This assignment is considered a large and complex design project that includes the reconstruction of multiple blocks of city streets in older residential neighborhoods. The design included streets, storm drainage and large channel and culvert design, sidewalks, driveways, water and sewer reconstruction. The overall project construction is valued at approximately $12.2 million dollars.
