  • Area 9 – West Bank, South of Pedestrian Bridge of Crockett (320 ft.)
  • Area 10a & b – Market Street Pedestrian Bridge street level to Hilton (620 ft.)
  • Area 11 – S Presa Bridge to W of Navarro Bridge, Wedding Island and street access (420 ft.)
  • Area 12 – Chamber of Commerce Bldg. river bank, pedestrian bridges at river fork and street level of Commerce Street
  • Area 13-20 – River Bend and River Extension, Market Bridge to Alamo Bridge, Inner Loop from N Flood Gate to The South Bank Complex

The design included streets, storm drainage and large channel and culvert design, sidewalks, driveways, water and sewer reconstruction. The overall project construction is valued at approximately $12.2 million dollars.
