  • Area 9 – West Bank, South of Pedestrian Bridge of Crockett (320 ft.)
  • Area 10a & b – Market Street Pedestrian Bridge street level to Hilton (620 ft.)
  • Area 11 – S Presa Bridge to W of Navarro Bridge, Wedding Island and street access (420 ft.)
  • Area 12 – Chamber of Commerce Bldg. river bank, pedestrian bridges at river fork and street level of Commerce Street
  • Area 13-20 – River Bend and River Extension, Market Bridge to Alamo Bridge, Inner Loop from N Flood Gate to The South Bank Complex
