BMB provided civil services for approximately 4 miles of hike and bike trials and associated amenities along the Salado Creek. The trail stretched from McAllister Park through Loop 410. The primary objective focused efforts on analyzing the impact on the water surface elevation and pilot channels for one (1) main low water crossing and multiple tributary crossings located within the 100-year existing flood plain. The low water crossings directly crossed the Salado Creek and its tributaries. Besides analyzing the creeks for the low water crossings, further analysis was done for the canopy structure crossing under the Railroad Bridge and impact of the trail going under Loop 410. This analysis was submitted to TxDOT for approval, in addition to the City of San Antonio

John W. Strybos, P.E., C.E.M. – Alamo Colleges

It is my pleasure to provide this letter of reference to Bain Medina Bain for the work they preformed on Villaret Road ( Highway 16 to Jennifer). Originally a 3,500 foot, two-lane roadway, Bain Medina Bain helped to realize the vision of Alamo Colleges and the City to improve drainage, widen to four lanes and include a turning lane, bike lanes and sidewalks. Their proficiency, professionalism and responsiveness keep them at the top of our preferred consultants.
