We encourage our employees to become members of organizations such as the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and provide education opportunities that include in-house internal BMB University, mentor/mentee program, educational workshops, conferences, and seminars, and so much more. We also encourage and support our employees to actively participate in other civic and non-profit organizations and through volunteerism to give back to the communities we live and work in.

BMB is proud of its ongoing investment in the happiness of our team through fun employee events like Thanksgiving Luncheon,  Year-End Holiday Party Luncheon, celebrations of both Engineers and Survey Week, as well as Administrative Professionals Day, Bosses Day…and pretty much any “day” that recognizes and celebrates our team members as the outstanding individuals we know they are.
