With over 20 years of experience in the surveying field, over 16 of which as an RPLS, Victor Mendez, is responsible for keeping the team on schedule and oversite of all survey projects. Victor has experience monitoring the progress of each project through his many years of experience and has conducted weekly meetings discussing progress and any issues that could delay the schedule, discussing solutions to recover from delays, and overseeing all work completed and deliverables produced. Victor has also tracked the budget for each project, documenting the percentage of work completed and the remaining budget, keeping separate billing, budgeting, and reporting for each project while maintaining continuous correspondence. Victor utilizes innovative project-tracking software to track project progression, delivery dates, and budget.
