Change in Ownership Update
Bain Medina Bain’s (BMB) firm history dates back to 1959 when our founder, Henry Bain, brought his dual expertise in surveying and civil engineering to the local firm, Lodal and Associates. In 1964, Henry was asked to become a partner and the firm was renamed Lodal and Bain, Inc. In 1992, Pamela Bain stepped into the role of President/Chief Executive Officer and joined forces with the firm’s principal managers, Carl Bain, PE and Raymond Medina, RPLS, to form Bain Medina Bain.
It is looking back at our history and the growth and blessings that have occurred over the years which make all of us thankful for these individuals and their foresight, energy, and desire to create a business that would benefit not only themselves, but the employees, their families, and the communities that they serve.
Now retired, we thank and will continue to honor Henry Bain, Pamela Bain, and Raymond Medina for everything they have done for BMB and each of us.
It is with great pride and joy that we announce the following changes in our ownership:
