With more than 40 years at BMB, Carl has collected diverse experience in management, construction administration, road/street, drainage, and infrastructure design projects as a Principal, Project Manager, and QA/QC Lead for Bexar County, TxDOT, COSA, SAWS, and cities such as the City of Kirby, San Marcos, Del Rio, Bulverde, Helotes, Shavano Park.
He is an exceptional leader who can react to unforeseen challenges, anticipating and proactively managing them through his close involvement, from design through the construction phase.
Additionally, he is knowledgeable in identifying client expectations for any or all project-specific settings, achieving set goals, assigning resources, overseeing logistics, and closely monitoring the progress of the BMB team.
