With nine years of experience at BMB, Cassio oversees numerous civil and transportation projects involving utilities to include water and wastewater rehabilitation/design.  While he specializes in storm water-related projects, design of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, and earthen and concrete drainage channels, he has also worked on projects for road/street design, traffic control, and civil site development.

Cassio has worked on multiple utility projects for SAWS, Bexar County, and COSA to include preparation of agreements, permits, plans, and specifications; review of existing plans for any potential conflicts; and developing conflict matrices while following up with field verification visits.
