Survey Administrative Assistant
Claudia’s responsibilities consist of facilitating and assisting the project managers in creating proposals and fee estimates. Her day-to-day ranges from creating and maintaining schedules for projects, organizing requests for proposals, and maintaining daily correspondence.
Additionally, Claudia is responsible for maintaining the certificates of insurance, obtaining them when they are requested by the clients.
Other administrative duties are to assist project managers in the compilation of project manuals and technical memorandums and compiling project specifications.
Lastly, Claudia assists the marketing department in gathering past relevant project information to include in RFQ/SOQ/RFP submissions.
Claudia is happy to be part of the BMB family and brings collaboration, experience, and goodwill to aid in the functioning of a well-oiled machine.
