SURVEY

Richard serves as Chief of Parties and a Surveyor-in-Training (SIT), providing field leadership and technical oversight for BMB’s surveying operations. In this role, he leads survey crews in the field, ensuring the accurate, consistent, and high-quality collection of geospatial data in support of a wide range of civil, municipal, and utility projects. Richard manages day-to-day survey operations, performs complex field and office calculations, and is responsible for the proper calibration, maintenance, and use of survey equipment to meet project requirements.

He works closely with clients, project managers, and design teams to support boundary and topographic surveys, easement documentation, right-of-way determination, and construction support services. Richard reviews and validates field data to confirm compliance with state regulations, professional standards of practice, and project-specific accuracy criteria. As a Surveyor-in-Training, he brings a strong foundation in surveying principles and a commitment to professional growth, contributing to reliable, defensible survey deliverables that support successful project outcomes.
