Russell has been an integral part of the engineering team on civil design projects involving drainage, utilities, roadway, and civil site development for public facilities, K-12, and Higher Education campuses, as well as more than a dozen City of San Antonio Greenway Trail projects. 

His civil design services have resulted in the successful creation and completion of drainage structures, roads/streets, water and sewer plans, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, SWPPP, FEMA mapping, and cost estimating.
